20 Questions Handheld Game

5 stars (Q20 is almost spooky) - This is the funnest toy we've come across in a long time. Yes, it really belongs to our 9 year old, but we parents hog it most of the time. The "ball" asks you 20 questions in an effort to know what common object you are thinking of. This thing is so smart it is scary. I think its "batting average" is about 80%. It guessed such esoteric objects as celery and coffee bean. It's amazing how close it gets on the few it gets wrong. Each turn takes about 3 minutes, so it moves quickly and everybody will want a turn. 5 stars (The Perfect Study Aid) - Cliffs AP is the perfect study aid for the AP Biology Exam. It covers all the material you need to know for the exam, at the level of specificity expected. At the end of each chapter there are questions that are similar to those you would encounter on the AP exam and an explanation given for each answer. Also possible essay questions from each section are given with a detailed summary of what information is important. If you know everthing in this book it is very easy to obtain a 5, just like I did. *Note that the exam has changed and there are 100 multiple choice questions and not 120 as mentioned in the guidebook. 5 stars (An absolutely amazing review.) - Just go and buy it. The other books in the contest aren't even worth talking about. If its in this book, it might be on the AP test. It's also a godly review for regular tests. 5 stars (Great AP Bio book-- Not just for review, but it can teach too) - This is a great AP Bio book--all the information is plainly laid out, along with practice questions at the end of each topic. It really helped on free-response. This book will help on SATII bio too--seriously. I just wish I had gotten this earlier in the year so I could have really studied everything more in-depth instead of just skimming (my class completely skipped plants and kingdoms), but I was still able to get a 5. I credit this book for that. ...

3 stars (GOOD STRATEGY BOOK) - Provided a lot of strategies that helped ease some nerves. This book tells you how to think through questions, eliminate the wrong answers instead of looking for the right one was the most important lesson learned. This book however lacked the number of questions. I used this book and the Saunder's Comprehensive Review book to study for the NCLEX-RN exam and am happy to report that I passed the exam on one try. 5 stars (Excellent) - If you don't pass your boards after reading the first nine or chapters you must be an idiot!!!!! 4 stars (Kaplan NCLEX review) - I really liked the booklet and the strategies that are given but the CD ROM left a little to be desired in my opinion. ...

5 stars (Outstanding) - Currently I am studying for the LSAT (Law School Aptitude Test) The major section on the test is logical reasoning. I have read many books from LSAT books to books on critical reasoning. This book has finally made everything clear to me. It presents topics in understandable language, with excellent questions to ask as you read or hear an argument. If you are preparing for any test such as LSAT or GMAT or just want to be able to understand arguments that you hear on TV or editorials in newspapers or political speaches, get this book. 5 stars (If I could get this book long before...) - I bought a lot of books in amazon. In the beginning, I just was a sponge, the worse way this book pointed out. After reading this, I was happy and sad. The happy one is this book exactly addresses what I need in my career including self study and work. The sad is I need to re-read all the books I've read, which may take me about 1 to 2 years. It's the most important book I've bought until now. PMP Exam Prep 4th Edition

4 stars (Very useful + PMBOK must - Passed exam) - Yes this book is good. But ONLY in conjunction with PMBOK guide. The Inputs/Tools/Outputs are not that intuitive in Rita's book. I had several questions that I could answer only with PMBOK's knowledge. 5 stars (Easy to Understand) - Good study guide that is easy to read. Nice sample questions at the end that can help prepare one for the exam. 4 stars (Found it very useful for PMP Prep) - Initially I did not buy this book when I was starting PMP preparation. When I heard about the Book and CD in many forums, I was curious to try it out. The book and CD together turned out to be very useful, even through I wouldn't say those were essential for my prep work. The CD comes with 1300 questions, which gave a whole lot confidence after trying out. The prices are bit high though. I also used Andy Crowe book and lots of reference on PMI web site. I passed PMP with an overall score of 82%. ...

5 stars (Excellent resource) - McNeal continues the dialogue started by Leonard Sweet. McNeal however does it in a much more practical and accessible way. Recommend highly to anyone seeking to do church for the culture we are just now beginning to realize. 5 stars (Risky, but worth it) - Reggie McNeal offers a powerful alternative to the present-day church culture's Phariseeical worldview. Rather than trying to build the perfect church, as many churches do these days, McNeal advocates working to build the Kingdom of God by reaching people where they live/work/think. For people who are tied to the church culture as the way to reach God, this book will inspire resistance. But Jesus did not say, "The Church is the way, the truth, and the life", He said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life." Those who read this book are challenged to build God's kingdom by exiting the church box to reach those who would never set foot inside a church on their own. 5 stars (Frustratingly Enlightening - and Life Changing!) - Take a new look at all you do in at church, through the lens that Reggie McNeal provides. The PMP Exam- How to Pass on Your First Try 2004 Edition

5 stars (Fantastic Resource for PMP Preperation) - After an aggressive 2-week period of study and preperation using Crowe's book as one of my two primary resources, I took and passed the PMP exam. I didn't crack the PMBOK, nor attend corporate training "boot camp" courses. My study plan went like this: Read "PMP Exam How to Pass on Your First Try" thoroughly and in order; took all post-chapter quizzes and tracked those scores; took final practice exam. I then read Tony Johnson's, "PMP Success Series: Certification Exam Manual (6th Edition)" and used the same formula (this book is more thorough than Crowe's but I found it tended to delve so deeply into the detail of the processes, that it often came at the expense of the "why?" which can inhibit your ability to grasp the entire framework; also the quiz questions were not quite as close the what I found on the real PMP as Crowe's book. Then, I went back to the Crowe book (which I had decided was my favorite by now), and began carefully reading through it again, paying special attention to the nuances and how each process fit within the overall framework. For more detail, I refered back to Johnson's book, which again, is a very valuable source expecially for specifics around tools and processes and I highly recommend it as well. Note that I purchased and browsed a couple other PMP study aids, but found those sub-standard by comparison. Learning the same materials from a variety of views is sound instructional theory, so I would suggest others apply a similar reasoning for a more comprehensive study plan. But if I had to only choose one, I would give Crowe's book the nod over any others because of it's ease of reading; it's ability to draw the entire PMI framework together and most importantly, the excellent practice questions (including the practice exam) that most closely matched the look and feel and difficulty level of the real exam. Cracking the AP Chemistry Exam- 2004-2005 Edition

5 stars (Various Reviews for AP Chem books) - So, being this the first year I took AP courses, I went a little over zealous and purchased 3 AP Chem books. Furthermore, a friend lent me another, and I skimmed through a few more. Let me say right out I got a 4. I was a bit disappointed, but I know I should have started studying harder and more rigorously. Even so, I believe that this book (Princeton's) positively contributed to my score. Princeton Review If you purchase only one review book, this is definately the one to get. This was the only one I really read through. The content was worthwhile, not too long, and fairly easy to read. I did most of the questions at the end of the chapters, but only took a quick look at the MC and Free Response questions at back of the book. I was a bit pressed for time. I finished reading the book the day right before the AP test. Really bad, I know. However, I had been preparing for a few weeks by doing old AP tests and tons and tons of old FR questions. I did almost all of the FR's on collegeboard' website. This book is definately not enough to get a 5, or even a four on. You should definately get a hold of old tests and do them! Also, try to keep up with the text book during the year to make sure you at least have some idea of what's going on. With that said, I can add one more high point of this book... the REACTIONS SECTION. The best I've seen. Very thorough, and much better than the other books. There are a few more rules than those in the books though, so make sure you ask a teacher or do enough to recognize patterns. Barrons This is definately one of the worse ones out of the lot. 4 stars (Great book) - I was a little hesitant when I bought this book but did so because I the reviews. This book is great. It gets the the heart of so many marriage matters in a very meaningful and usable way. I am going to ask my husband to read it so we can talk about some of the subjects. 5 stars (I would recommend to ANY woman) - I am engaged, and just finished reading this book. It has been so incredibly helpful. I would recommend it to any woman (whether married or not) because I think it accurately displays the aspect of sex like the Bible intends for it to be. I have never had sex before, yet learned so much from this book because it discussed sex as it's meant to be- in such a healthy, beautiful way. It is also a great book for anyone who has been abused or has not lived in an environment in which sex was a healthy thing. 4 stars (My wife and I like this book) - Okay, I'm not woman; but my wife is, and we both read and liked this book. Here's our combined review: Pros: 1. Easy to read - Conversational style of writing and clear points. We each read it in one sitting. 2. Adults only - Sometimes a grown-up discussion is required. This is a book for married women (and men). It is explicit and direct (without being crude) about physical sexual information. It is definitely not appropriate for girls (or boys). 3. Scriptural approach - Instead of just giving motherly advice, the authors take the Bible seriously and frequently use it as a home base to direct their thoughts. Mind you, this is not a Bible study per se'. There is plenty of 21st century, frank counseling advice, but it is blended and based upon Biblical principles. Provides a scriptural index to locate where specific passages are mentioned - useful to Bible teachers. 4. The book is also an excellent source for reference. The complete question set for the Technician's exam is presented with references to page numbers explaining the answers. Other books focus on "memorizing" the test questions. This book promotes understanding the subject matter while studying for the exam. Must have book for all preparing for the Amateur Technician's License Exam. 5 stars (Just the "ticket"!!!) - This book is well written. I just got my "ticket", so it obviously works as intended. I will also keep this book as a reference for the years to come. This is a fun book with some great ideas in it! My advice? Read it...take notes...and follow the recipe! This book was the start of a fantastic proposal that not only was magnificient, it also was featured on the local news and in two of our newspapers. I had some ideas of my own before reading the book, but everything I read really helped me to flesh it out and perfect it. It was definitely worth the investment.
