The Leadership Pipeline- How to Build the Leadership Powered Company

1 stars (A "clone" book of ideas and no reference to others) - Reading this 'leadership pipeline' I became really astonished of seeing here all the ideas of Elliott Jaques and Gillian Stamp (Bioss International) just copied with no reference to them. I keep wondering how can that be done. Jaques and Gillian Stamp has written for so many years about human capability and seven levels of work complexity that are clearly repeated in this book withouth no comment to them. Even the general themes are there, for example managing other, leader of leader, managing a business unit, managing a group of business unit. If you don't beleive me, just read Requisite Organization (Jaques) and previous ones, for example, and you will learn that Jaques' ideas are being developed for more than 30 years. So, better learn with the real creative people that has really done researches around the theme. 5 stars (Great read for both leaders and HR/development folks) - A real inside look at leadership development from the folks who built GE's system. For leaders, there is insight from experienced executive coaches about what value each of the different levels of leadership brings to an organization and where leaders moving into each level often get stuck. Great to read when you are making a transition or for ideas on how to help those who work for you. For HR and development folks, there are many concrete examples--how performance standards are defined, what the rating system for potential is, etc. that let you see what each piece of the GE system really looks like. 5 stars (Book that builds leadership!) - This book explains how important it is to have a leadership powered company. Another book I have come in contact with is "The Wal-Mary Way" where this book is designed as an inspiration to managers of all companies. ...

The Leadership Solution- Say It Do It

5 stars (The Leadership Solution) - Jim Shaffer's book, The Leadership Solution, is a MUST READING both for all corporate communications executives and staff and CEOs. Nobody does a better job in the age of "High Tech" to remind us to use the "High Touch." If we take the points that Jim cites, then we will find that attrition will be decreased. Jim reminds us throughout that employee communications and touch will make the difference in performance and thus, stock price and a competitive and "best in class" company. Shaffer lays out clearly the VISION aand STRATEGY. We all need to follow his course of what he states. "A vision is a target, a picture of the future. A strategy is a roadmap, how you're going to achieve the vision." Tools are excellent. Follow the Readiness questionnaire to improving performance. See if we can all master the 6 course process to connect people or employees or associates to the business strategy. Shaffer identifies the 20 things to generate commitment. He cites the "3 people principles" that guide Best Practices and the Best Performance. With all the focus on Mergers and Acquisitions, we find that Shaffer's 9 Guildelines for negotiating through the M&A are excellent. Shaffer's examples of CEOs help build the case. His messages will help any communications chief help your CEO. Shaffer demonstrates vividly how and why the communication function is being reinvented. The last chapter embodies the message strongly. It means what we all learn that communications much be align to assist the company's strategic goals. Shaffer does it. Read and underline; share with your colleagues. 5 stars (The Leadership Solution) - For over twenty years, I have been an advisor to management in the field of rewards and compensation. Traditionally, discussions of rewards at work focus on cash compensation, benefits, and, more recently, stock deals. These monetary and wealth-building vehicles help one have great experiences in life outs...

Leadership and Self Deception- Getting Out of the Box

5 stars (Outstanding book for all tenured management/executives) - Incredible book!!! Forget the rest of the management books if you don't follow and apply the knowledge in this book first. This book identifies what goes wrong with the best managers and how to get back on track. I read a ton of books and am extremely critical, but this is an obvious 5 star. It's an easy read and is applicable to both personal and professional relationships. 5 stars (great) - i ordered five books at the same time from all different suppliers and this was the first to come great timing and just a great company! 4 stars (Eye Opening) - While the storyline is a bit cheesy, this book drives home an important point. Poor personal choices taint our ability to view others objectively and interact appropriately. ...

Thinking for a Change- 11 Ways Highly Successful People Approach Life and Work

4 stars (Insightful!) - Anyone can apply the principles in John C. Maxwell's book, in any business, in any circumstance, in any stage of life. Great thinkers have an unlimited capacity to achieve, and Maxwell tells you how to become one. While books of this nature are typically geared toward entrepreneurs or those in leadership roles, we recommend this book to any person who is committed to ongoing personal development and living life with purpose. You will benefit from learning more about the different specific thinking skills that have an impact on your daily decisions. Maxwell teaches an unusual skill: how to make conscious choices that shape your thoughts, your actions and, ultimately, your success. Think about it. 5 stars (You're thinking right now...right?) - Several years ago, one of the best leaders I know, someone who managed to rise to the top of every organization he was ever in --including the one he currently works for, told me the secret to his success. "Think like a leader," he said. I've often meditated on his words. I've discovered that they are absolutely true... In his book, Maxwell explains how you can leverage the power of your thoughts to acheive unthinkable success: He gives you all the different ways leaders think and then shows you how to do it yourself. Just like my friend said: "Think like a leader." Order this book and find out how. 4 stars (You may not use all of it....) - You may not use ALL of the ideas in this book BUT if you find just one that helps you - then it is worth the investment. I believe each one of John Maxwell's types of thinking that are identified and briefly explained could be individual books all by themselves. The thing I appreciated most about "Thinking For a Change" was that it gave me "just enough" of what I was looking for. My suggestion is to read "Thinking.. " then pick the area you most need work on and delve deeper with other resources. Reading this book, gave me one key concept on strategic thinking wh...

Leading Change

5 stars (Great Business Manual!) - This book is a great business manual for executives at all levels. Another book I really enjoyed to read was "The Wal-Mart Way". It was very insightful and had many good ideas for bulding a strong company. 5 stars (Solid Principles for Growth) - I was a little concerned when I started reading this title, wondering if it would apply to churches as well as corporations. I was not disappointed. Kotter's ideas here are valid for any organization that is in the change process. The author's eight steps are nuggets of truth that will help pastors as well as CEOs. I recommend this book highly for pastors of growing, changing congregations. 5 stars (Packed with Knowledge!) - The picture on the cover of John P. Kotter's book tells it all: a group of penguins are shuffling their feet nervously on an icy precipice, while one brave bird leaps for the water below. The question is, which penguin are you? In too many organizations, executives shy away from the precipice, while someone lower down in the pecking order jumps in to test the landing conditions. Kotter says managers and leaders are quite different. A manager, he explains, is trained to think in a linear, one-two-three, risk-limiting way. Transformational change, however, can only be attained when true leaders push forward on several fronts at once - eight of them to be exact. Every successful change initiative begins with a coalition of leaders who create a sense of urgency. Kotter's book stems from a 1995 Harvard Business Review article titled, " Leading Change : Why Transformation Efforts Fail." It will probably sound hauntingly familiar to managers who have watched change initiatives begin in the front courtyard with a marching band and end a few months later, ushered out the back door like a diner who can't pay the tab. If you want to know why your last change initiative fizzled, we say read this book. Better yet, study it to ensure that your next leap of faith is a flying succe...

The Maxwell Leadership Bible Developing Leaders From The Word Of God

5 stars (Very Good!!!) - This Bible is very good It really helped me out and even as a young person I was able to understand what John MAxwell was saying and I think that this is the right way to get anyone started on leadership or those who are interested in taking their skills to the next level! 5 stars ("Wow--far exceeded my expectations!") - I'm not sure what I was expecting, but this work exceeded all my expectations on what a Bible with such a title should look like! Maxwell is known as the peerless master of teaching leadership qualities. His secular works are required reading, and nothing comes close in excellence. How does he introduce such qualities into a Bible, though? Wonderfully! Maxwell takes every possible aspect of leaderhip (dozens and dozens) and ties them into Biblical characters and situations. There is enough teaching and study material here to occupy one's time for years, and none is fluff. This is more of a textbook than a Bible, but I guarantee--there is nothing else like it! Unlike so many other attempts which end up balancing a secular principle on a thread of Scripture, Maxwell really searches the Scripture, and the applications he gleans are relevant! If you ever hope to teach or learn virtually every leadership quality, tenet, or principle found in the Bible--your search is over. Maxwell has found them all! Also recommended: 'With Joseph in the University of Adversity' ('The Qualities of an Effective Leader' chapter), and 'The Mizraim Prinicples', authored by Dr. Jerry L. Parks 5 stars (Excellent Resource for Current and Aspiring Leaders!) - In my humble opinion, The Maxwell Leadership Bible is better than any of the books, simply because Maxwell takes the core concepts from his various books and shows how they are applied in the Bible. For example, Maxwell includes: 1. Excerpts from the 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership and 21 Indispensible Qualities of a Leader books. 2. Over 100 biographical profiles from people in the Bible. ...

Management of Organizational Behavior- Leading Human Resources 8th Edition

2 stars (Management of Organizational Behavior) - Not too bad as these books go but a tremendous amount of verbiage explaining the obvious. Excellent example of turning simple concepts in complex charts and definitions. I would imagine that people in the field love this hyperbole but it's BS to me and pretty much a waste of time to drudge though all of it. 5 stars (Management of Organizational Behavior: Leading Human Resourc) - Used by over 1 million students worldwide, this book provides a comprehensive examination of the applied behavioural sciences, and focuses on fundamental ideas which have stood the test of years of application in different environments. 5 stars (Goes where few texts dare to go: the real-world) - I recommend this to managers as much as students. Sure, the price seems like a lot of cash to shell out at first. But trust me, it is worth it. I had to read it for a Management class, and it started of like a typical OB text, illustrating the history of management studies (Taylor to Maslow to Mayo to Likert to ...). Good stuff, but pretty dull. Then, Hersey et al went where most scholars, even the supposedly worldly MBA types, fear to tread: real-world application! The text covers all of the material covered Blanchard's "One Minute Manager," "Putting the One Minute Manager to Work," and a shelf load of other books. It also does a great job introducing Blanchard and Hersey's Situational Leadership, where the manager matches leadership behavior to a report's ability level and motivation. This replaces "Leadership and the One Minute Manager," and delves much deeper into the topic. Hersey et al also cover: - Behavioral shaping, and positive and negative reinforcement quite nicely - Communications skills necessary to lead reports - Power building, and using effective power bases ... - The list literally goes on and on. I use the concepts I was first exposed to here day in and day out. They work. My OB professor told us that, if he would be limited to just...

Developing Management Skills 6th Edition

5 stars (Excelent) - I'm stduying this book in the MBA program, i think it is in one word excelent. Since I'm reading it i feel i can see myself in a mirror and at the same time i have found in the book the necesary guide in order to design my personal management skill improve program. It is a must at your personal library 5 stars (Extremely Useful and Practical Guide to Effective Management) - This book has been widely adopted and is now in its sixth edition because it has proven to be a valuable and effective text for people who want to think about what skills go into being an effective manager, how to develop them, and what are the practical means of application. The book is divided into four parts: Part 1 - Personal Skills Part 2 - Interpersonal Skills Part 3 - Group Skills Part 4 - Specific Communication Skills Part 1 starts with developing self-awareness, then discusses managing personal stress, and concludes with approaches to solving problems analytically and creatively. Part 2 starts with coaching, counseling, and supportive communication, then discusses gaining power and influence, motivating others, and concludes with managing conflict. Part 3 starts with empowering and delegating, then building effective teams and teamwork, and concludes with leading positive change. Part 4 is a series of helpful supplements and appendices on making oral and written presentations, conducting interviews, and an extremely useful section on conducting meetings based upon material by John Tropman from the University of Michigan. I had Prof. Tropman for my required class on Organizational Behavior and it was a highlight in my program. He covered some of this material in that class and it makes wonderful sense. He often says that you can use this material to cover as little as you do now, but in half the time. What I particularly like is that each chapter opens with one or more assessments to help the student / reader think in a personal way about his or her thoughts, beli...

From software to pharma, this book has great hands on information on how to lead your organization to its greatest potential. 5 stars (Good book) - Very thorough book - goes through the practices and commitments thoroughly and provides good examples. 5 stars (An inspirational and practical handbook) - There are dozens of outstanding books on leadership and this is one of the best. With clarity and insight, Kouzes and Posner zero in on the basics: five fundamental practices of leadership, ten commitments these practices embody, and the day-to-day action steps each commitment entails. The book also includes dozens of case studies that illuminate these concepts in real world action. "...probably the best book I've ever seen on leadership. The 21 Indispensable Qualities of a Leader- Becoming the Person Others Will Want to Follow

4 stars (Good) - The book gives practical, digestible essence of leadership. This makes it much better to digest as one can read and not be overwhelmed with pages upon pages of info that will keep you from reading it. The points are specific, he uses stories to highlight the quality, as well as some practical ideas/recommendations for each quality. It also gives you a suggested way to read as one should not try to read it in one sitting, but read one quality and meditate/live it for a day to have it sink in. 5 stars (Don't Let Your Skills Keep You From Leading) - Don't Let Your Skills Keep You From Successful "Are you a thinker, a doer, or a clutch player? The better you are, the greater potential for influence you will have with your people" -John C. Maxwell In order to excel you need to develop your skills... in order to lead effectively you need to evaluate how you lead then practice how those you lead respond to your leadership. John C. Leadership in Organizations 5th Edition

5 stars (Good Amazoner!) - Didn't respond to email but did send the book and I'm very happy with the book! I would definitely recommend! Thank you! 4 stars (weLEAD Book Review ...) - Yukl uses his expertise and credibility to write an outstanding book focusing on managerial leadership rather than social or parliamentary leadership. He attempts to include information on both the theory and practice of leadership in modern organizations. This valuable text also includes many recommendations and guidelines for improving the effectiveness of managers and leaders. The book includes a number of cases in an attempt to help the reader understand real world organizational problems and applications. This is a book that is primarily written and mostly reads like a college text book and is indeed used by a number of universities in their managerial or leadership programs. However, it is easy to read and does an excellent job of including the most informative and relative literature, studies and theories available today. Highly recommended for anyone interested in the study of organizational leadership, leading teams, leading change or studying follower-based approaches toward leadership. 5 stars (Marc! Au Contrare!) - Not worth curling up to a fire with? ... For me, after a year or more I still read some portion or another of this book nearly every week for the rich survey of ideas and theories it provides, often finding something that fits what I'm concerned about, and then springboarding into buying another book or digging out original research articles and papers to dig deeper. If you want to be widely informed about the full continuum of theory and research in leadership and organizations, this book will become a familiar resource, and a top choice for curling up to a fire one evening when alone and just paging through and finding something new or old you just have to read and think about some more. Leadership on the Line- Staying Alive Through the Dangers of Leading

5 stars (Packed with Knowledge!) - Leadership isn't easy. The best leaders force their followers to face unpleasant realities and then figure out the solutions for themselves. That's why leadership is so risky, argue Ronald A. Heifetz and Marty Linsky in this engaging tome. The authors analyze the successes and failures of leaders ranging from Yitzhak Rabin to Bill Clinton, with stops along the way to examine the leadership styles of former Coca-Cola CEO M. Douglas Ivester and NBA coach Phil Jackson. At times, the authors' rules of thumb seem too general. Yet, their real-world examples blend well with their leadership theory to present a useful guide to leadership. We recommend this excellent book to anyone facing a difficult leadership situation. 5 stars (Why is Leadership so hard) - For me the measure of a book is whether it breaks through and reaches me in some way. This often occurs when the writing pushes me to think about my experiences in new ways. This book has done that many times over. It goes beyond mechanistic models to help me consider and reconsider my role as leader and as follower. 4 stars (Exercise your leadership!) - This book you may change your definition of "leadership" slightly. In this book we can see not only how Presidents exercised their leadership but also that middle management class people are on the line as well to achieve their goals and they definitely used their leadership. Those people are analyzed in the same manner regardless of their social status. Same people, both famous and anonymous, appear in the book again and again in different occasions as different examples. The authors weaved them into the narrative story. Sometime they failed, the other time they succeeded. You would feel them closely, even Presidents. Further more, we need to be our own master and for that sake we need to be able to manage ourselves. It means you must exercise leadership for yourself! Since same people and story appeared several times,...

The principles have literally changed my life and have given me the understanding and confidence to now help others. Soul at Work- Spiritual Leadership in Organizations

5 stars (Spiritually-Grounded AND Successful) - In five to ten years time, I predict we will see a spurt of entrepreneurialism directly traceable to Margaret Benefiel's Soul at Work. Much writing about spirituality and the work place is little more than enthusiastic commentary. This book is much more. In its breadth of real world stories ranging from U2 to Reell Precision Manufacturing to Mercy Medical, Soul at Work tells the experiences of leaders in their own voices. These are not portraits of saints - of leaders who made decisions in extraordinary circumstances. These are ordinary people who did make the commitment to create an environment where they and their colleagues could bring their whole selves to work. Recognizing the array of spiritualities that leaders (and readers) bring, Benefiel defines soul as "the human spirit, fully engaged." Importantly, she has collected stories from a diversity of wisdom traditions. The book is divided into two sections, first hearing from the leaders themselves and then moving on to examining their organizations. The author concludes with a set of lessons/guides that are traced back to their origins in the stories presented. She helpfully demonstrates what people any place in an organization - and across a wide diversity of organizations - can do. What I found most exciting was that some readers who find their current circumstances inhospitable to bottom lines other than the financial may well be spurred to create new, more spiritually-grounded organizations that are also designed to be successful in the marketplace. Buy a copy for yourself - then buy another to share with colleagues. You'll want to keep your own handy. But as you read it, you'll want to be able to talk about it with people you know seek a fuller engagement of soul at work. 4 stars (Fully engaged) - On the first page of the Introduction (page 9 in the book) I got hooked when Margaret defined spirituality as "the human spirit, fully engaged." Winning With People - Discover the People Principles that Work for You Every Time

4 stars (Another Winner!) - First of all I want to confess that I am John Maxwell junkie. I not only thoroughly enjoy his books but they help me in becoming a better person. This book is written where every chapter is golden and yet able to stand alone. You can simply open the book to any chapter and it will enrich you. Even though the chapters are segmented into 5 logical sections. I especially liked the chapter entitled, "The Pain Principle: Hurting people hurt people and are easily hurt by them". This chapter increased my empathy and sensitivity for hurting people. It just makes sense that those that lash out are really hurting people. I gave this book 4 stars simply because his best work by far was, "21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership". As helpful as this book was I simply tried to read a chapter each evening before going to sleep. Like a nutritious light snack that won't keep you up all night. 4 stars (Impressed with reservations) - This is the second book I've read from John Maxwell. Overall, I found the book to be well written, personal, and filled with principles, explanations, and anecdotes. Each principle is explained in a manner that should strike a cord in many people. He supports the concept embodied by the principle with anecdotes, both personal and historical. If you are looking for a book to help with interpersonal relationships, this is a good book to to start with. John covers a lot of ground in this book. That would be my major criticism of the book. There are many, many strategies and approaches, and keeping track can get confusing. They are well organized. This will have to be a book that you refer back to as issues in your life come up and you are looking for help. I think Covey's work is more managable and priciple system oriented, but that shouldn't detract from John's work. There is an unlying system, but John's approach appears to be more of set of tools to help you, with each dealing with a specific type of problem. 5 stars (...

Developing The Leader Within You

5 stars (Insight at a legible level) - I have found John Maxwells work to provide a great deal of useful thoughts, hints, and guidance, and all done without needing a masters degree in linguistics to decipher his language. He provides a good base for moving ones self into a thought process like a leader, with plenty of usable applications and steps. Very useable, and very inspiring. Something I am sure that will help everyone. 4 stars (Developing leadership qualities ) - Developing the leader within you gives basic instructions for developing leadership skills. John C Maxwell, author of this book believes that being a leader is not necessarily an in born skill but rather can and should be developed. This book stresses that even natural leaders need to learn appropriate skills in leadership in order to utilize their skills to the maximum. Basically his book is telling us that being a leader and being a manager are not the same. Managers are short term oriented. They are concerned with the day to day operations and are adept at controlling organizing and monitoring resources. Leaders have a shared goal with their team, they process the skills to motivate the team and inspire as well as energize the team toward a shared goal. John Maxwell's book also focuses on priorities. He fells priorities never stay the same and are constantly changing. John Maxwell's book also focuses on priorities. He fells priorities never stay the same and are constantly changing. A good leader possesses the skills to create positive change. Followers don't like change. Resistance to change is universal. Change disrupts routing and creates a fear of unknown. After reading this book, I felt that it was very informative, and helpful. It was a easy to read book, to help anyone become a better leader. By the end of reading this book I knew that I already was a better leader. The book also increased the awareness in feeling and thought to help the leader develop an effective team. T...

Primal Leadership- Realizing the Power of Emotional Intelligence

4 stars (Great book! ) - This book is very well written and will keep your interest. The book covers some very important facets of leadership mainly: integrity, ethics, trust, and other peoples feelings. If you are reading this review and you don't really know why those factors are keystones to leadership then this book would be a good addition to your leadership skills. If leadership were a pie this book would be several slices but not the whole pie. For an in-depth look at leadership read the army field manual for leadership. 5 stars (Primal Leadership) - The book by Daniel Goleman, Richard Boyatzis and Anne Mc Kee is a wonderful study on all modern leadership styles, and how to learn how to lead with Emotional Intelligence. Several cases are presented, on worldwide and US companies, providing us with the best and thorough analysis on how to achieve the highest performance, by focusing on the diverse aspects of Emotional Intelligence. I believe it is a must for top executives, managers and counsellors from Organizations, and for all of those seeking to improve their emotional skills, be them focused on job or on life improvement. 2 stars (Too stretching) - I really liked Dan Goleman's previous books on Emotional Intelligence (EI). Goleman's article on "Primal Leadership" appeared in Harvard Business Review (HBR) a few years ago. His book version of primal leadership is a little too stretching. If you are not keen on reading the not-so-interesting details, I would recommend the article version in HBR, which gives a very good synopsis of the book. ...

The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership

5 stars (Top book for Top leaders) - Most of the time, we just don't know how to get to the next level of happiness and effectiveness. As a result, we flounder, hoping that some random act of character will propel us to the next level, and having no clue what that next level might be. And we stay right where we are. One author said that, "Lunacy is doing the same things repeatedly, expecting different results." and in those days, we exemplify that statement. Then along comes an idea or a series of ideas that changes the landscape. John Maxwell's book on leadership is one of those books. Here we find the ideas we need to hone our character and make our organizations more effective. In effect, while learning to lead others, we actually learn how to lead ourselves. This is true leadership and true influence, and you would be remiss not to take these ideas in and change your path. 3 stars (The book starts well, but quickly degenerates) - I have been in various professional and volunteer leadership positions for more than twenty years, but I am always looking for new ideas on how to become a more effective leader, so the 'Irrefutable' title of this book, plus the recommendation of others, caused me to plunk down a few dollars for the book. I was fairly impressed by the first couple of chapters, and felt that the Chapter where John makes the assertion that "Leadership = Influence" was VERY insightful. In fact this chapter alone was worth the purchase price of the book. So why do I only rate it with 3 stars(and almost rated it 2 stars)? Because of John's overemphasis in later chapters on the personality of the leader and his dismissal of 'difficult people'. Part of the extreme challenge of leadership (especially in volunteer organizations) is dealing effectively with the 'difficult people' in the organization. John blithely suggests to either 'co-op' them, replace them, or get them to quit. It should be so easy - but in reality, it is not. You cannot get peo...

My organization is now using this as the basis for leadership development with front-line supervisors. 5 stars (A great book to start with!!) - This is the basis that makes Dr. Maxwell to write all the series about leadership, it is a easy to read book, with clever ideas that will turn your life on!! Leadership and the One Minute Manager - Increasing Effectiveness Through Situational Leadership

5 stars (Clear and simple book on situational leadership) - I am a fan of the One Minute Manager series, having read "The One Minute Manager" and the "The One Minute Manager Meets the Monkey." This book tells the story of an "entrepreneur" who seeks advice from the One Minute Manager. In the process, it covers the basics of situational leadership in a concise, easy to read style. The text covers the four basic leadership styles -- directing, coaching, supporting, and delegating. It also discusses matching a leadership style appropriate for various development levels. Like the other One Manager Manager books, I see myself re-reading and referencing this text. Highly recommended. 4 stars (Treat Right!) - Always a great fan of Ken Blanchard, I find this book with its Teaching Techniques to the Leaders who need to understand the basic style of 'Treat Right' to its employees and not walk blind to the belief 'Everyone should be treated Equally'. One Minute Manager hit the stands but this book has additional skills to increasing Effectiveness through situational leadership. The authors focus on enhanced motivation to individual employees and apply better management skills to get the most desired results from them. To begin with 'Goal Setting' brings in a commitment for accompliment and make the individual understand their duties to reach target goals. Written in a conversational manner, easy to read and understand, the book makes manager bring out the best by 'Be competitive and commited' motto. Like a stand-by Guide to Leaders, the contents help Leaders to derive best performance. How to delegate, support and direct them is the key factor that nevertheless motivates for better fruitful results. Apart from this book, I also recommend 'First Break All the Rules'. A good Pick for any Leader and to be used as quick reference and must to be on office-bookshelf. Nice Guide. 5 stars (Getting the basics right) - Even though it is a quick read this book still is a very worth...
